Cottage Charm will gladly accept any return (except special orders, customized items and “sale” items) within 30 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only.
We do not give cash or credit card refunds.
Merchandise must be in original condition and accompanied by a sales receipt for all exchanges and returns.
